Because conversations matter. To work effectively together as a team we need to be able to skilfully engage in challenging conversations – to productively disagree, honestly express expectations and hold each other accountable for our actions. We need to be able to skilfully manage these conversations to help create and sustain a psychologically safe workplace environment.
