In searching how to continuously ensure quality service and excellence in business Go Green approached us in searching for a learning programme aimed at specific challenges that team was facing: awareness of interdependence between team members, effective management of daily tasks, accountability and proactive continuous personal development.

The CHALLENGE

Go Green is a provider of first-class travel and tourism, transportation and marketing services in the Alps-Adriatic Region and beyond, catering for B2B and individual clients from Slovenia and the rest of the world. Their services include premium chauffeur services, all-in-one creative solutions for meetings, incentives and events (MICE), destination management for one-of-a-kind travel arrangements (DMC) and marketing services.

In searching how to continuously ensure quality service and excellence in business they approached us for a learning programme, targeted at specific challenges that team was facing with: awareness of interdependence between team members, effective management of daily tasks, accountability and proactive continuous personal development.

The SOLUTION

Fast forward | Go GreenBased on the needs communicated by the stakeholder and the initial conversation about the level of skills of the participants, a modular learning programme was designed specifically for GoGreen team.

The purpose of the programme was for participants to first raise the level of self-awareness with the use of SDIprofiling tools and to also deepen their understanding of their team members. This formed the basis for all other topics covered in the programme.

 

The programme was delivered in 7 half day workshops and it covered different topics relevant for the following goals of the programme:

  • better understand their needs and needs of others to increase tolerance and understanding of team diversity
  • start to raise their level of emotional and social intelligence
  • improved understanding of their different roles and increased level of cooperation between team members
  • introducing giving and receiving of feedback as a means of personal development and clearer communication
  • understand different types of personalities and how to work with them
  • improved time management skills, more effective prioritising, planning and reduce stress experienced at work
  • improved productivity and proactive work behaviour also seen in striving for continuous improvement

On a more personal level the programme had an important positive impact on personal growth of the participants.

They gained a deeper understand of themselves, a new way of thinking about time, diversity and responsibly, a wider perspective and a greater sense acceptance of differences between people.
