BREAKTHROUGH COACHING

A full day coaching session to address specific issues, make immediate changes and set goals and actions for next period of time. This could be a 'stand alone' session or a high impact start to a longer programme eg: career planning, executive or new leader coaching etc.

 

CAREER PLANNING

Structured sessions to support the individual in making the best next career move. Goals, content, timing and approach agreed individually.

 

COACHING FOR NEW LEADERS

A structured programme with speciifc leadership goals for the individual. Minimum 4 x half day sessions over approximately 6 – 9 months.

 

COACHING RETREAT

Choose from 2 to 5 day all-inclusive programme dedicated to your personal or professional growth and get the help you need to achieve what you want  – additional information.

 

COMPETENCY BASED 360 DEGREE FEEDBACK

Online competency based 360 feedback with up to 12 feedback providers including one half day coaching session where the report is reviewed. This could be as a preliminary to another coaching programme eg; for new leaders, executive coaching etc.

 

CONFLICT COACHING

For the 2 people involved in a conflict. Each person has a half day session individually followed by at least one half day session together.

 

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SESSIONS

Short sessions usually as follow ups to previous coaching programmes to support further implementation of changes.

 

 EXECUTIVE COACHING

High level sessions for senior executives regarding business, people or personal development. Goals, content, timing and approach agreed individually.

 

EXECUTIVE ONBOARDING

A modular tailor-made coaching programme to support the onboarding process of senior executives. The programme can include from 1 to 5 coaching sessions throughout the pre offer, acceptance and initial employment phases. Structure is designed and agreed to suit the individual concerned – additional information.

 

HEALTH PROGRAMMES

Personal sessions working on health and stress related issues. Goals, content and timing agreed individually.

 

RELATIONSHIP BASED 360 DEGREE FEEDBACK

Online relationship based 360 degree feedback using SDI self, feedback and role expectations profiles. Up to 5 feedback providers can be chosen focusing on people with whom they would like to develop the relationship. The reports are reviewed in a half day coaching session.  This could be as a preliminary to another coaching programme eg; conflict coaching, executive coaching etc.

 

SELF DISCOVERY PROGRAMMES

QUICK FIX SESSIONS
